质量是企业的生命,也是一个地区、一个国家经济的生命。振兴质量、振兴经济是振兴中华民族的伟业,加强质量教育是振兴质量的战略措施。本文就我国当前的基本质量状况以及存在问题的原因分析、开展质量教育的必要性和政策依据、在高师院校开展质量教育的重要性、高师院校开展质量教育的培养方向等几个问题进行了阐述,探讨了在高师院校开展质量教育的必要性和可行性。

Quality is life of an enterprise. It is also life of a district, even the national economy. To make the Chinese nation prosper, we must improve quality and develop economy. It is a strategic measure to enhance the quality education for improving quality. This paper discusses the general state of quality, the reasons of poor quality in China. It also gives the ways and the necessity and the basis of policy for the quality education. It is important and feasible to enhance the quality education in teachers'colleges.
