摘要
本文从教育学、法学的角度,从录取入学、生活补助、生活习惯、教学语言学科设置等四个方面,对少数民族大学生高等教育的平等权作了探讨,认为我国对民族大学生教育的倾斜和优惠政策,具体体现了少数民族大学生的教育平等。
The paper makes a research on the education equality of the national minority college students receiving the higher education from the points of pedagogy and legal science,which specializes in four aspects:the students'enrollment,government subsidy,living habits,and the teaching language course setting.It declares that our country's inclined and preferential policies for the national minority college students embodies the educational equality to minority students.
