Librarians Should Be the Excellent Propagators of the Advanced Culture

本文以"三个代表"为理论指导,从认真学习,深刻领会中国先进文化的思想内涵;发挥图书馆的保存职能,发展中国的先进文化;爱岗敬业,履行职责三个方面,对图书馆员要做"先进文化"的优秀传播者进行了全面的阐述。

Guided by the theory of 'Three Representatives',this article expounds overall the opinion that libarians should be the excellent propagaters of the advanced culture in three aspects:studying, hard and understanding profoundly Chinese advanced culture ideological intension;developing libraries' preservation function and Chinese advanced culture;loving one's own post and fulfilling one's duty.
