Technological Process for Manufacturing Sintered Blade Bit,Replaceable under no necessity of Hoisting Operation

本文介绍了用浸渍烧结法制造不提钻钻头翼片的制造工艺及其特点。该法解决了用电镀法制造钻头翼片存在的钻头寿命短、成本高等缺点。

A new type blade-bit is manufactured by seakage-sintering method.It can be replaceable in drillingnot have to hoist the drilling pipe.In this paper the whole technological process and the technicalfeatures of the bit are given.The shortcomings of the blate-bits produced by electroplating method areshown to be short in bit life and high in cost of production.By using sinetring method instead of theelectroplating method those shortcomings have been overcome.
