中国加入WTO后面临诸多的金融风险 ,规避风险的正确方法是进行中国金融制度的创新 ;金融制度的创新不能只在金融制度的框架内解决 ,必须在国有经济的重整方面来考虑问题。从国际金融发展的新趋势入手 ,可以提出中国金融风险控制的对策 ,其结果对处于经济转型中的中国有现实意义。

China's accession to the WTO exposes China to various financial risks. The right way to avoid these risks is to innovate China's financial institution. In light of the new trend in the development of the international finance, the author puts forward some measures for the control of financial risks, which bear practical significance to the transitional Chinese economy.
