图书馆文献资源共享存在的问题和对策

Problems in Library Document Resource Sharing and Countermeasures

图书馆文献资源共享有很多的利点,早在50年代初期就已经开始讨论共享的问题,但是由于各种各样的原因至今还没有普遍推广实施。本文就目前存在的问题和对策进行了分析,指出条块分割、各自为战、文献资源不足等原因是阻碍共享的因素;提出了政府参与协调、建立图书馆法律体系、多边协作的对策,为实现图书馆文献资源共享提供了新的理论和途径。

In this article,the problems of resource sharing at present and the ways to deal with them are analysesed,and the factors which hinder resource sharing are pointed out.The author puts forward some countermeasures,such as establishing library law system,multilateral cooperation and participation of government.
