摘要
介绍国际版权公约的基本理论和核心内容 ,探讨我国开放体系下著作权的归属与维护 ,分析发展中国家在执行国际版权公约中面临的挑战与对策。
This paper introduces the origin of the Pact of International Copyright, its basic theory and central content, and discusses the attribution and maintenance of copyright in the opening situation in China. Finally it analyzes the challenges and countermeasures for developing countries in carrying out the Pact of International Copyright.
