After studying The Law of Copyright and The Implement Regulations of the Law of Copyright , the problems of sci-tech periodicals editors in carrying out the Law of Copyright are described. In order to protect the article's completeness, the editors' powers of revising should be restricted. In order to ensure the timely publication, the time of informing the authors should be limited. The abuse of the publication rights of the authors should be seriously dealt with, and so on.
