单纯单根隐匿性肋骨骨折的X线诊断

X -ray diagnosis of simple and obscur e fracture of a single rib

目的探讨单纯单根隐匿性肋骨骨折的X线征象。方法对42例经不同体位摄片证实的单纯单根隐匿性肋骨骨折对照原片折处进行观察分析。结果腋中线处骨折27例,前肋骨折8例,后肋骨折7例。根据骨折部位不同,X线分别表现为:(1)折处内侧软组织肿胀征19例(70%);(2)单根肋骨肋外缘内陷征6例(75%);(3)折处增白方块征5例(71%)。结论大多数单纯单根隐匿性肋骨骨折具有X线征象。软组织肿胀征、肋骨内陷征、折处增白方块征是其不同部位的X线特征性表现。

Objective To investigate the X -ray findings of simple and obscure fracture of a single rib.Methods 42cases of simple and obscure fracture of a single rib p roved by different position films we re analyzed retrospectively.Results The fracture occurred at mi-daxillary line,anterior rib and posterior rib were 27,8and 7cases,resp ectively.Different position had di fferent X -ray findings:(1)soft tissue swelling at the medial of the f racture ribs in 19cases(70%);(2)invagination of the edges of the single fracture ribs in 6cases(75%);(3)whitening square in 5cases(71%).Conclusion Soft tissue swelling,invagination of the edge rib and whitening square a re the characteristic X -ray manifestatio ns of single rib fracture seen of diff erent positions.[
