摘要
目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中GST -π的表达及可能的作用机制。方法 采用免疫组化S -P法 ,并结合增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达及临床分期 ,研究乳腺癌组织中GST -π及PCNA表达。结果 乳腺癌中GST -π表达为 63 .6% (2 8/44 ) ,临床Ⅲ期表达显著高于临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期。PCNA在乳腺癌组织中高表达为 72 .7% ,在淋巴结转移组和非转移组之间 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;GST -π与PCNA表达呈正相关。结论 PCNA的阳性率与淋巴结转移有关 ,联合GST -π检测 。
Objective To investigate the expression of GST-π and their possible roles in breast cancer. Methods The S-P immunohistochemistry and the PCNA , and the tumor clinic stage were used to study on the expression of GST-π and the PCNA in breast cancer. Results The expression of GST-π in breast cancer was 63.6%, compared with I and II clinic stages,the expression of GST-π in III clinic stage breast cancer-was higher; The expression of PCNA was 72.7%, there was significant difference between the lymphous-node-transfer group and non-lymphous-node-transfer group(P<0.01); The expression of GST-π and PCNA in breast cancer had positive correlation. Conclusions The expression of PCNA is related to the lymphous-node-transfer;the determination of the level of GST-π helps to contribute to the selection of the chemotherapic drugs and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.
