摘要
结合采油企业的实际情况 ,建立厂、矿、队三级统一标准的投入产出数据库管理系统 ,基于动态数据建立“采油矿区资源配置及开发方案优化决策体系”。体系以油田多年开发工作的成功经验为基础 ,在管理上高标准、严要求 ,在技术方法上利用最新的数据库技术 ,开发应用分析软件 ,以多种形式在高速网络上为厂矿提供各种数据、图形、表格 ,及硬件和软件资源服务等 ;在可变因素上配合人的工作 ,对不同的资源配置和生产开发方案模拟出效益和投入产出比 ,形成决策依据。重点提出了建立这一体系所应解决的关键技术问题 ,概括了这一体系的主要系统组成。
In accordance with the practical situations in oil production enterprises,a database system of input output management is developed with an unified standard for oil producing plants and oil producing brigades. Based on it, an auxiliary decision making system of resource allocation and scheme optimization for oil production is established. The decision making system was built with the experience gained from the practice of oil exploration and production over years. Various applications are developed on the basis of latest database technologies to provide data management and data services such as delivering data, figures, and forms to producing plants and brigades over high-speed computer network. Candidate production schemes can be evaluated for decision maker's reference according to their resource allocations and input-output ratios. This paper discusses the key problems associated with such a system. The architecture of the decision-making system is also summarized.
