通过对英语和汉语修辞格的特征分析,比较了英语和汉语在明喻、隐喻、借代、反复等方面 的差异,阐释了英汉翻译中运用修辞格的规律性问题。

By analysing the feature of Engligh and Chinese stylistic device, this paper compares the different in simile, metaphor, metonymy and repetition, and discuss the regularity how the stylistic devices will be used in English-Chinese translation.
