摘要
以知识经济时代的知识管理为切入点,分析了企业客户管理的发展现实,并结合海尔、联想、五粮液等国内著名企业的经典案例,就加强企业的知识管理和提高其客户价值,以及客户让渡价值的可能性和方法问题进行了详尽探讨,为强化企业家对培育企业核心竞争力的认识和提高自身的竞争优势提供了进行战略思考的方向。
Basing on the dicussion about the importance of knowledge management in knowledge economy times, the author discusses the possibility and the way to increase the enterprises' customer value and customer transferring value by means of the classic case on the famous enterprises such as HAIER GROUP, LEGEND GROUP, WULIANGYE GROUP, etc.On the ground of knowledge managenent , the managers may develop their enterprises' core competition power to obtain the opportunities in the fierce competition.
