富锌环氧涂层的防腐蚀研究

Study on Corrosion Prevention of Zinc-Rich Epoxy Coatings

通过研究磷铁粉、硅烷偶联剂处理金属基体对富锌环氧涂层的影响 ,制备出在金属基体上具有良好附着力和防锈力的富锌环氧涂层 ,并研究了富锌环氧涂层的防蚀机理及硅烷偶联剂的作用机理。

The metallic-matrix zinc-rich epoxy coatings with excellent adhesion and anti-rust power was prepared through study on the effect of the ferrophosphorous and pretreatment with silane coupling agent on the zinc-rich epoxy coating.And,the corrosion resistant theory of the zinc-rich coatings and function mechanism of silane coupling agent were discussed.
