New Concept of Clean Finishing Technology for Automobiles

摘要 目前 ,汽车清洁涂装技术的主流是改进传统的典型涂装工艺 ,应用低毒或无毒材料、低VOC排放或无VOC排放材料、减少废水和废渣排放技术、高材料利用率的喷涂技术等 ,带来了诸如设备投资的增加、能耗的加大、生产效率降低和制造成本提高等新问题。“覆膜技术”和“P2Zero概念”不仅彻底解决了汽车涂装造成环境污染的难题 ,而且在不影响汽车应有功能的前提下 ,大幅度降低了汽车的制造成本。 At present,the clean finishing technologies for automobiles are mainly the modification of conventional finishing technologies by use of low or non-toxic materials,low or non-VOC emission materials,wastewater and waste residue reducing technology,and highly efficient spray technology,which brought some additional problems,such as increased investment and energy consumption,reduction of productivity,and cost incresement.The 'Film Coating Technology' and 'P2 zero concept' will completely solve the air pollution from the automobile finishing;furthermore,can reduce dramatically the production cost of the automobiles without sacrificing the all-round functions of the automobiles.
