摘要
目前钻井队在钻井过程中对钻井泵的监控,通常是由司钻观察平台上立压表的变化来完成的,采用这种方法往往由于仪器不灵敏和操作不及时而使泵的工况恶化影响钻井施工,并影响钻井时效。根据钻井泵的工作原理和对泵出口端瞬时流量的监测推导,对钻井泵出口端泵压在理论、实际与发生异常时的波形图进行了比较,提出了通过获取并分析立压波形来实时监测泵工况的新方法。此方法具有监测灵敏度高与监测及时的特点。
Now the monitoring of drilling pump during the drilling usually be made by driller, observing the change of riser pressure gauge on the platform, the aggravating of operating condition usually be caused, and the construction and time efficiency of drilling are affected above method because of insensitivity and out of time. Through deducting theory of operation of drilling pump and instantaneous flow rate of pump at outlet, comparing the wave patterns of pump pressure on the theory, practice and exception occurred at the outlet. A new method, getting and analyzing wave shape of riser pressure to real time detect the operation condition of drilling pump, is shovvn in the paper. High sensitivity and timeliness are shown during monitoring.
