摘要
分析了天然橡胶(NR)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)与橡胶型CPE135B共混物的形态结构,并对其物理机械性能进行了研究。结果表明:NBR与CPE135B并用,分散相粒径较小,两相分散均匀,相容性好于NR与CPE135B并用;NR/CPE135B并用胶具有较高硬度、撕裂强度以及良好的耐老化性能,综合性能较好的并用胶其并用比为m(NR)∶m(CPE135B)=40∶60时,并用胶的200%定伸应力、回弹性、硬度和耐热老化性能都较好,并用20~40份CPE135B能改善NBR耐3#油性能;并用CPE135B提高了NBR并用胶的阻燃性。
The structure and physical properties of the blends of NR,NBR and rubber CPE135B were studied.The results showed that the size of the particles of NR/CPE135B is small,the uniformity of phase is high,the blends have a better compatibility than the blends of NR/CPE135B; The blends of NR/CPE135B produce high hardness,tear strength and good aging properties,the ratio which gives the best comprehensive properties of NR/CPE13B is 40/60.The 200% modulus,resiliency,hardness and heat aging properties are pretty good when the blends ratio is 40/60.The ability of bearing the 3# oil of NBR is improved when 20~40 phr CPE135B added,and better flame resistance can be achieved when blended with CPE135B.
