摘要
以过氧化氢 (3 0 %质量 )为氧化剂 ,硝酸亚铈为催化剂 ,冰乙酸为溶剂 ,考察了环己醇氧化为环己酮反应中的温度、时间、催化剂用量和过氧化氢用量等条件的影响。结果表明 ,在环己醇氧化中 ,环己酮为唯一产品 ,硝酸亚铈能有效地催化环己醇的氧化反应。冰乙酸做溶剂时该反应的最佳条件是 :反应温度 80℃ ,催化剂用量 0 .1g,过氧化氢和环己醇的摩尔比 3∶1 ,反应时间 1 0h。
Cyclohexanol have been catalytically oxidized to cyclohexanone on a mild condition with Ce(NO 3) 3·6H 2O as catalysts and H 2O 2(30 %) as oxidizing agent and glacial acetic acid as solvents .The effects of temperature ,reaction time, the amount of catalyst and H 2O 2 on the conversion of cyclohexanol have been studied. The result shows that Ce(NO 3) 3·6H 2O can efficiently catalyzed the oxidation of cyclohexanol, cyclohexanone was the only product.The optimization reaction conditions are as follows: reaction temperature 80 ℃, catalyst 0.1 g , mole ratio of H 2O 2 to cyclohexanol 3:1; glacial acetic acid as the solvent and reaction time 10 h.
