聚丙烯纺丝料的应用与研究

The Research and Application of Spinning PP Resin

介绍了环管加氢法和降解法生产聚丙烯纺丝料的工艺过程 ,并对比了两种方法对产品性能指标的影响 ,重点对分子量分布的影响、以及性能指标的改变对使用效果的影响进行了分析。对降解法生产聚丙烯纺丝料的优势从生产、应用及经济社会效益等方面进行了表述。通过两种方法的对比 ,证明了开发降解纺丝料的必要性。

Two different processes of producing spinning PP resin, loop hydrogenation and degradation, are introduced .The influence of two processes to the property of products is contrasted, especially the influence to MWD, and the influence of changing Huproperty index of the resin to the result of spinning process. The advantages of producing spinning PP resin by degradating are stated, in respect to resin production,, product application and econoic and social benefit. etc. The necessisity of developing the degradation spinning resin is proved by the above contrast.
