摘要
分析了控制水合物生成方法的原理,针对深层高压天然气藏测试的特点,研制了水合物生成趋势实时监测与控制硬件系统和软件系统。该控制系统通过对测试参数的实时测量与分析,计算水合物生成的可能性及确定水合物生成趋势和位置,并予以适时控制。在南海DF1-1-11井与新疆盆参2井的应用结果表明,该系统具有创新性与实用性。
Based on the characteristics of deep & highpressure natural gas reservoirs, the hardware and software systems of realtime monitoring & controlling hydrate are developed. The system can determine the possibility and the position of hydrate production and can control them in time according to realtime measurement and analysis of test parameters. Field applications in Pencan 2 Well in Xinjiang and DF1111 Well in South China Sea indicate that this system has certain creativity and usability.
