论石油设备的金融租赁风险及其控制

Discussion on the Financial Rent Risk of Petroleum Equipment and Its Control

分析了产生金融租赁风险的原因,提出了几种常见的风险类型,认为风险的产生是金融租赁业务本身的特点以及外部的经济因素共同作用的结果,对石油设备的金融租赁风险的分析应该以宏观政治、经济环境及法律制度为基础,再以租赁当事人的经营管理为基本切入点,采用预防、补救及有效的善后处理的科学策略来控制和化解石油设备的金融租赁的风险,同时也提出了控制和消除石油设备的金融租赁风险的几项具体措施。

The paper analyzes the reasons of financial rent risk and puts forward some kinds of common risks. It is considered that the risks are the results of finance rent own characteristics and outside economic factors. Based on the macropolitics, economic circumstances and government laws as well as renters' management, some precautions, remedies and effective treatments can be used to control and remove the financial rent risk of petroleum equipments. Meanwhile, a few practical measures are also given to control and remove the financial rent risk of petroleum equipments.
