The Pollution Treatment of the Old Chemical Factory

上海赛璐珞厂是个创建于1938年的化工老厂,产品种类多,又大多沿用老工艺,三废污染多。单纯照搬国外的现有方法来治污都难以奏效。现采用的方法首先是清洁污染源,然后构筑生产车间防线,形成一个全厂综合治污系统,最后建立环保制度,终于解决了历史性的污染问题。 这一结果表明老厂的三废问题当作综合治理工程来实施,是可以解决的。

Shanghai Celluloid Factory is an old chemical plant founded in 1938. It has kinds of products which are made in old technology mostly result in a lot of pollution problems. It is impossible to treat the pollutant substance according to present method at home and abroad . So I try to solve the problem as follows. First clean the pollutant resource. Then I construct the defence line of the workshop and build the general treatment system of the factory. Finally, I set up the rule of environment protection. It is because of the work above, that history problem has been solved. The result explains it feasible to solve the pollution of the old plant as synthetic engineering.
