摘要
采用强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂的色谱分离法对异麦芽低聚糖浆进行了分离提纯。实验表明:当进料量35mL;操作温度71℃;洗脱速度9mL·min^(-1);树脂柱长度4m、内径9mm时,可以有效地去除葡萄糖等成分,从而提高异麦芽低聚糖的纯度。
In this paper a separation and purification study of isomalto - oligosaccharide syrup was made by means of chromatography using the cation exchange resin. The result showed : the quantity of raw material is 35mL, the temperature is 71℃, the velocity of flow is 9mL · min-1 , the height of resin column is 4 - metre long and the diameter is 9mm. the content of glucose could be decreased and the content of active principle would be relatively increased. Chromatography be double - wise executed and the purity of isomalto - oligosaccharide could be further increased.
