摘要
塔河油田的水平井产量优势明显。但水平井 177.8mm尾管的固井质量差 ,严重影响了油田的评价与开发。在TC4 2 3、TH10 5、TH10 6、TH10 7、TH10 85口井当中 ,仅TH10 6井的声幅测井合格。为适应今后生产发展的需要 ,工程监理中心对水平井 177.8mm尾管固井作了专题研究 ,通过室内试验优选出可有效驱替含油钻井液的水泥浆配方 ,选择性能可靠的井下工具与合适的施工参数 ,制定出保证套管下到位的措施。通过 6口井的试验 ,1次固井合格率达到 10 0 %,其中优质率 5 0 %。
Horizontal well enhances the production greatly in Tahe Oilfield, while due to the poor cementing quality of the 177.8mm liner in horizontal wells, the evaluation and development work is negatively influenced. In the cemented five wells, the acoustic amplitude logging of only one well was up to standard. To solve this problem, monographic study on 177.8mm liner cementing was conducted by the Engineering Supervision Center. Cement slurry system of effective oil containing drilling fluid displacement efficiency was optimized by laboratory tests, and reliable downhole tools were selected with suitable operating parameters; measures for ensuring the proper casing setting location were also planed. Tests in 6 wells were very successful, the cementing quality of all the wells was up to standard and half of wells achieved excellent quality.
