摘要
采用心理应激大鼠模型,将大鼠下丘脑连续切片,行精氨酸加压素(AVP)免疫组化反应,以光镜检测并微机相对定量分析。结果呈AVP阳性反应的室旁核(PVN)前后径增大,核内AVP阳性物的总面积增加,上述特征规律性光实验组(B组)>非规律性光实验组(A组)>非规律性光对照组(C组)。各组正中隆起外带(ME-L)相比,则A组阳性纤维呈色最深且范围最广,B组次之,C组更次之。结果表明心理因素可影响PVN的AVP合成、储存及转运。
The mode of light stimulating psychological stress was used in this experiment. The quantitative distribution of arginine vasopressin (AVP) in the paraventricular nuclei (PVN) of rats was studied by microcomputer image processing system and under microscope after a series of sections of hypothalamus were treated by AVP-immunohistochemistry method. The results indicated that both the range of PVN from front to back and the total area of AVP-positive granules in PVN at the regular flashing light and electric stimulating experimental group were larger than those at the irregular flashing light and electric stimulating experimental group. Both the range and the total area at the latter group were larger than those at the irregular flashing light stimulating control group. In the lateral area of the median eminence (ME-L), the AVP-positive fibres of the irregular flashing light and electric stimulating experimental group showed the strong reacting color and large reacting region, the regular flashing light and electric stimulating experimental group showed less and the irregular flashing light stimulating experimental group did the least. These expressions demonstrated that the psychological factors may affect synthesis, storage and transportation of AW in PVN.
