摘要
探索用图像处理技术测试麻 涤纱的混纺比。根据麻、涤纤维的横截面的几何形状特征的差异 ,运用形状分析法设计了自动识别的特征参数 ,建立了两参数设定两阈值的组合判识模式 ,实现了计算机对麻 涤混合体中纤维的自动识别与分类 ,并自动计算出混纺比。文章提供的方法具有客观。
The blend ratio of Ramie/PET Yarns is tried to be measured and estimated with the image-processing technique. Based on the cross-sectional features of ramie and PET fibers, the characteristic parameters have been obtainedby shape recognition. The two main characteristic vectors and their corresponding thresholds have been found and optimized, so that the auto-recognition of the different component fibers in the cross-section of the blended yarn can be achieved and the real blend ratio can be evaluated automatically. The research verifies that the method established in this paper is objective, accurate and effective.
