摘要
对益智提取挥发油后的仁、益智的茎和叶的提取物清除超氧阴离子自由基(O_2^-)的作用进行了研究。采用分光先度法研究了提取物对O_2^-的清除作用,提取剂用石油醚、乙醇和乙酸乙酯。结果表明,各提取物对O_2^-均有清除作用,其清除O_2^-的能力大小顺序依次为:益智的叶>益智的茎>提取挥发油后的益智仁。特别需要提示的是0.1%(w/w)益智的叶的石油醚及乙酸乙酯提取物对O_2^-的清除能力与1.3×10^(-3)mol/L抗坏血酸接近。
The scavenging effect of the extracts from Alpinia oxyphylla stalk, leaf and oil - freed fruit on superoxide anion radical (O2- ) were studied.
