摘要
利用杜仲皮、杜仲叶有效成分制备的杜仲粉,经毒理学评价属无毒级产品。其主要活性成分—松脂醇二葡萄糖甙、丁香脂醇二葡萄糖甙及绿原酸在低温、避光及中性或酸性条件下较稳定,且对·OH自由基有消除效果,其清除·OH自由基的效率与浓度有关,浓度过高,抑制·OH自由基的效果反而下降。
E. ulmoides powder was prepared fmm the effective components in leaves and barks of E.ulmoides. It was toxicologieal harmless product. ( + ) - pinoresinol di - β-D-glucopyranoside ( PG), ( +) - syringaresinol - di -β -D - glucop - yranoside (SG) and chlorogenic acid (CGA) as the main effective components of it, were more stable at neutral or acidic, low temperature and dark condition. They also had scavenging effects on·OH and the·OH scavenging rate were dependent on their concentration.The scavenging effects were reduced when the concentration is too high.
