摘要
通过广泛的调查与研究,对我国易腐冷藏食品(肉类、水产品、水果、蔬菜等)的生产与消费的特点进行了详细的分析,总结了经验和存在问题,指出了发展趋势;对主要易腐冷藏食品的产量与消费需求量进行了预测与分析,并提出了相应的建议。
Based on intensive investigation and research, the study made a deep analysis on the market characteristics of production and consumption of perishable and refrigerated food (such as meats, aquatics, fruits and vegetables) . This article also summarized the experiences and problems in the past and pointed out the developing trends in the future. The production and consumption capacity of perishable and refrigeraterl food are predicted and analyzed. Some suggestions have put forward here.
