关于我国城市社区管理中的问题的思考

My opinions about the problems of our city community administration

社区是由居住在一定区域内的具有归属感的人群结成多种社会关系的社会群体，从事多种社会活动所形成的社会区域生活共同体。我国自20世纪80年代开展城市社区建设，随着改革开放的不断深入，加入WTO后，政治、经济体制改革的不断深化，使得城市社区管理过程中逐渐暴露出了如社区管理的行政化趋向问题，社区管理民主性问题，社区管理体制等方面的问题。本文将应以上问题及其对策进行思考。

A community is a social complex comprising all kinds of social relationships formed by the masses in a specific district who have a sense of belongingness and a social life unity where various social activities take place. The community construction in our country began in the 1980s. Following the continuous implementation of the reforming and opening policy, with China抯 entry to the WTO, which deepens the current political and economical reforms in China, the problems which have been long existing in city community administration are gradually exposed. Such as the problems of administrative tendency in community running, the problems of democratic autonomy in community running, and the problems of administrative system in community running. This article will bring analyses to the problems above and the strategies to solve them.
