摘要
近几年,经济欠发达地区初、高中教育师资,特别是高中师资流失严重。因此,这些地区要进一步更新观念,深化人事制度改革,做到待遇留人,情感留人,事业用人。
In recent years, middle school teachers, especially senior middle school teachers, in undeveloped areas. Therefore leaders of those places should renew the conception, deepen the reform of personnel system, to use salary and emotion to attract talents, and make good use of talents.
