江总书记关于发展哲学社会科学的三次重要讲话,是新历史条件下繁荣发展哲学社会科学的理论和行动纲领。落实讲话精神,必须明确哲学社会科学在建设有中国特色社会主义的实践和理论探索中不可替代的作用,必须用"三个代表"重要思想统领哲学社会科学,坚持解放思想,实事求是,与时俱进,理论创新,把江总书记的"五点希望"和"五点要求"化作自觉行动。

President JiangZemin’s three talks are the theories and guiding principles of flourishing development of philosophically social science in the newly historic period.If we want to take action according to the spirit of the talks,we should have to realize philosophically social science has play an important role in the construction of China-characteristic socialism.Also,the development of philosophically social science must be led by 'three representatives'.We must set our ideas free,value anything by facts,keep up with the times and bring forth new theories to turn President Jiang’s 'five wishes'and'fire requirements' into our conscious action.
