摘要
当今时代,社会发展科技进步都有赖于全民教育不断提高,而教师又是其中的重要一环,教师的知识结构、道德修养、志趣爱好直接影响学生的发展。因此,教育管理是保证教育质量完善教育的重要组成部分。作为亚洲发展中国家和发达国家的代表,我们对我国和日本在师资方面的管理加以比较研究,以期在比较中寻找差异,从而吸收借鉴对我们有益的部分。
At present, both the development of society and the improvement of science and technology depend on the continuous increase of national education. Teachers are in one of the key link, and their knowledge structure, moral accomplishment, aspiration and interest directly affect students’ improvement. So the administration to teachers is the important component to guarantee education quality and perfect education administration, China and Japan are representatives of developing and developed countries.We compare research into the two countries’ administration to the teachers’and then find out the differences in order to use the valuable parts for reference.
