A Thorough Analysis on the International Terrorism

“9·11事件”以后,人们突然发现,恐怖主义已成为当今世界和平与发展的严重障碍。本文通过对恐怖主义定义及现状的分析,指出它已成为“21世纪的政治瘟疫”;结合当今恐怖主义的成因及新特点,提出了在联合国的主导下、以各国为基础、广泛开展地区间合作的国际反恐怖斗争的新途径。

After the terroristic attack on '9.11', the people all over the world suddenly realize that the terrorism has become one of the most grievous obstacles for the peace and developments of the present world. By analysing its definition and current situation, the author points out that the terrorism has become 'the political plague in the 21st century'. Refering to the causes and new characteristics of terrorism, the author also proposes that based on the cooperation of different countries, and under the guidance of UN, a new way for the struggle against terrorism should be found out and widely developed among the countries, esp. those in the same rigion. Furthermore, China, as a great nation in the world, should firmly support and also actively take part in the opration against terrorism.
