民事诉讼程序中再审程序的规定,民事再审制度的理论基础,以及我国民事再审制度的缺陷与出路。
The paper discusses the stipulations of retrial procedure in civil lawsuit,the theoretical basis of civil retrial system,as well as the defect of the civil retrial system of our country and the solution to it.
