胰激肽原酶对大鼠微血管内血栓形成预防作用的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究胰激肽原酶(Pancreatic Kallidinogenase简称PK)对血栓形成的预防作用。方法wistar大鼠20只,随机分成PK预防组(肌肉注入PK水溶液80mg/kg体重)和对照组(肌肉注射同等剂量的生理盐水)。30 min后利用光化学反应原理建立局部血管内血栓形成的模型。比较了光照后微血管内血栓形成的时间、血栓的大小等变化。结果血栓出现的时间:对照为23 s,PK组为29 s,PK组明显晚于对照组(P<0.05)。照射1 min时对照组血栓占血管腔的75.5%,血栓的面积为3040 μm2;PK组血栓占血管腔的54.0%,血栓面积为2184 μm2。PK组形成的血栓明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰激肽原酶(PK)有预防血栓形成的作用。 Objective To study the preventive effect of pancreatic kallidinogenase (PK) on mi-crovascular thrombosis in rats.Methods 20 rats were randomly divided into PK group and control group: 10 rats were injected with PK solution (80 mg/kg, im), and the other 10 were injected with 0.9%NaCl solution. Microvascular thrombus was induced by photochemical reaction after 30min. The starting-time of thrombosis and the size of thrombus were compared in the two groups. Results The starting-time in PK group was 29s, which was significantly later than that(23 s) in control group(P < 0.05); the size of thrombus was 2184um2 in PK group, which occupied 54% of the vessel lumen, all were smaller than those in control group, which were 3040 um2 and 75.5% (P < 0.05) .Conclusions Pancreatic kallidinogenase (PK) has a good preventive effect on mi-crovascular thrombosis.
