心率变异性在更年期综合征患者中的意义

Significance of Heart Rate Variation in Patients with Climacteric Syndrome

目的 分折更年期患者的心率变异特点,研究更年期综合征(climacteric syndrome,CS)患首与自主神经功能之间的关系。方法对65例更年期患者及100例健康女性做24 h 长程心率变异(HRV)比较,分析CS患者HRV的变化。结果CS患者与健康女性相比较,其迷走神经活性明显增强,交感神经活性相对降低。结论 CS患者与迷走神经活性增强有密切的关系。

Objective To analyse the characteristics of heart rate variation in climacteric patients and study the relation between patients with climacteric syndrome and the function of autonomic nerve. Methods Compare 65 patients with climacteric syndrome with 100 healthy women in heart rate variation (24 hours' duration) .Results Patients with climacteric syndrome show increased activity of vagus nerve. Activity of sympathetic nerve is relatively decreased. Conclusions Patients with climacteric syndrome have close relation with the increased activity of vagus nerve.
