摘要
目的探讨达纳康对大鼠脑缺血再灌注脑损伤的预防作用。方法采用线栓法建立大脑中动脉缺血 2h再灌注 2 4h模型 ,36只雄性大鼠随机分成假手术组、缺血再灌注组和达纳康组 ,用化学比色法检测脑组织MDA和NO含量 ,并测量脑组织梗死体积。结果达纳康预处理组脑梗死体积明显减小 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,脑组织MDA和NO含量比缺血再灌注组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 )。结论达纳康可通过降低脑组织MDA和NO含量来预防缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective To study the protective effect and mechanism of Tanakan on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury(CIRI) in rats.Methods The models of reperfusion twenty-four hours after two hours ischemia were established by Zea-longa.Thirty-six male rats were divided randomly into sham operation group,the ischemia-reperfusion group and Tanakan group.The level of malondialdehyde(MDA) and Nitric Oxide(NO) in brain tissue were measured by colorimetry,and the infarction volume of brain was measured.Results The infarction volume and the level of MDA and NO were significantly reduced than those of the ischemia-reperfusion group(P<0.05,P<0.01 and P<0.05).Conclusion Tanakan may protect the CIRI by reducing the level of MDA and NO.
