Studies in Vivo on Carcinostatic Activity of Aikangning Capsules

目的研究爱康宁胶囊体内抗肿瘤作用及其机制。方法爱康宁胶囊 1 2 5 .0mg/kg、2 5 0 .0mg/kg和 5 0 0 .0mg/kg灌胃给药 ,观察其对小鼠S1 80肉瘤抑瘤率及对荷腹水型肝癌 (HepA)生存期的改变 ,并对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能进行检测。结果爱康宁胶囊对S1 80肉瘤有明显的抑制作用 ,使用剂量为 1 2 5 .0、2 5 0 .0和 5 0 0 .0mg/kg时抑瘤率依次为 38.86 %、4 8.2 3%和 6 6 .2 7% ;对荷腹水型肝癌 (HepA)小鼠生存期有延长作用 ,可使小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数增加 ,吞噬能力提高。结论爱康宁胶囊可通过提高机体免疫机能而发挥显著的抗肿瘤作用。

Objective To study the carcinostatic activities of Aikangning capsules and it′s mechanism.Methods The inhibition effects of Aikangning on the S180 sarcoma and seroperitoneal hepatocarcinoma and on the phagocytosis of macrophages in mice were observed.Results Aikangning capsule was shown that it can inhibit the vegetation of S180 sarcoma;the inhibition rate were 38.86%,48.23% and 66.27% when the dosages were 125.0,250.0 and 500.0mg/kg ig respectively.Aikangning could also prolongate the suvival period of mice with hepatocarcinoma by activating coeliac macrophagocyte to enhance the phagocytosis.Conclusion Aikangning capsules can produce obvious carcinostatic effects by enhancing the immunoprotective function.
