中老年人复视的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Diplopia in Middle and Old-Aged

目的探讨中老年复视的诊断方法及临床表现。方法使用红镜片复像分析 ,同视机、CT或MRI等进行检查。结果中老年复视多见于 5 0岁以上 ,病因多为脑血管疾患 ,以双眼复视为主 ,单眼视物清晰 ,有代偿头位和眼球运动障碍。结论复像分析和同视机检查可确定复像性质、斜视度数及作出正确诊断。

Objective To investigate diagnostic method and clinical manifestation of diplopia in middle and old-aged.Methods Analyse diplopia image by red lens.Make exam-ination using synoptophore,CT or MRI etc.Ressults The patients with diplopia in middle and old-aged are mostly at the age above 50.The main causes were cerebrovascular diseases.Its clinical mauifestation prinicipally was binocular diplopia while the patients could see the thing clearly with single eye,and most of them had the barrier of compensatory head posture and eye-ball’s movement.Conclusion Diplopia image analysis and synoptophore examination can ascertain the character of diplopia image and degree of exotropia,and make a delicate diagnosis.
