化痰降糖汤干预2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Insulin-resistance of NIDDM Treated with Huatan Jiangtang Decoction(化痰降糖汤)

采用化痰降糖汤配合达美康治疗 2型糖尿病 82例 ,并与二甲双胍合达美康治疗 4 2例随机对照 ,观察对 FBG、PBG、FINS、ISI的影响。结果 :治疗组显效 30例 ,有效 35例 ,无效 17例 ,总有效率 79.2 7% ;对照组依次为 16例、18例、8例及 80 .95 %。两组总有效率比较差异无显著性 (χ2 =0 .0 5 7,P>0 .0 5 )。治疗后 FBG和 PBG显著下降 ,ISI改善 (P<0 .0 1) ,从痰治疗可明显改善胰岛素抵抗 。

Eighty two cases of NIDDM were treated with Huatan Jiangtang Decoction(化痰降糖汤) and Diamicron, 42 cases in the control group were treated with Metformin and Diamicron.This article took FBG, PBG, FINS, ISI as the index of evaluation for improving the healing effect of insulin resistance. Results: In the treatment group, 30 cases were markedly effective, 35 cases effective, 17 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 79.2%. In the control group were respectively 16,18,8 and 80.9%. The difference of total effective rate between the two groups was not significant(χ 2=0.057,P>0.05). Obviously, after the treatment, FBG and PBG fell down and ISI was improved (P<0.01). To treat phlegm could improve the healing effect of TCM on insulin resistance.
