家兔严重烧伤后肾脏病变的动态变化及其与肾功能的联系

Observation on pathological changes of the kidneys after severe burns in rabbits

本文对家兔凝固汽油烧伤30d内肾组织进行了组织学和超微结构观察,并作血浆尿素氮、肌酐和血清钾等指标检测。结果表明:肾小球毛细血管袢先有充血,后显缺血,血管球细胞显示不同程度的肥大和/或增生。肾小管病变有空泡变、坏死及管型形成。血浆尿素氮、肌酐及血清钾伤后24h显著升高,后渐恢复至对照组水平。

The histopathological and ultrastructural changes of the kidneys in the first month after napalm burns were observed in rabbits.Meanwhileitheir blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and serum potassium level were determined.It was found that there was hyperemia in the early stage followed by ischemia in the late stage in the glomerular capillaries.Ultrastructurally ,the glomeru-lar cells (endothelial cells .mesangial cells and podocytes) exhibited varying degrees of hypertrophy and/or hyperplasia.The renal tubules showed varying degrees of vacuolar degeneration,necrosis and cast formation.Blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and serum potassium were significantly elevated in the 24th hour postburn and then gradually returned to the control level later.The mechanisms and significance of glomerular lesions and changes of blood biochemical parameters were briefly discussed.
