卓有成效的电大医学教育——云南电大医科毕业生追踪调查报告

Successful Medical Education in RTVU--A Report from the Follow-up ofGraduates Majoring in Medicine

云南电大自1994年经省教育厅批准开办医学大专学历教育以来,至2001年共有毕业生2000多人。追踪调查表明:云南电大开办在职成人医学教育,受到了广大医疗卫生技术人员和基层医疗卫生单位的欢迎;毕业生在政治业务水平等各方面都比入学前有显著提高;电大医学教育改善了在职医疗卫生技术人员的学历、专业技术职务结构,稳定了基层医疗卫生技术队伍。

A follow-up report presents the adult medical education offered by Yunnan RTVU are welcomed by a large number of medical workers and hospitals in rural areas. The graduates have received more medical knowleg-de and have improved their working ability. Medical education in RTVU has changed the schooling structure of these medical workers and has raised their medical level and therefore stabilized the medical foeces at the basic level.
