摘要
作者调查某部参战远程炮兵279人、558耳,近程炮兵156人、312耳。相同的发射炮弹总数或一次连续发射炮弹最高数对两类炮兵爆震性聋和鼓膜内陷发病率的影响,近程炮兵均明显高于远程炮兵(P<0.05)。不同的发射炮弹总数或一次连续发射炮弹最高数是与远程炮兵耳聋发病率相关,但它们对远程炮兵鼓膜内陷发病率无明显关系(P>0.05)。炮手位置不同对耳聋和鼓膜内陷发病率无明显影响。
They were investigated that 558 ears of 229 long-range gunners and 312 ears of 156 short-range gunners who participated in the Lao Shan battle. The harmful effect on the incidence of explosion deafness and otopiesis of the two sorts of gunners were caused by the total number of same shells or the maximal number of same shells in a continuous fire. The short-range gunners suffered more seriously than the long-range gunners (P<0.05). The incidence of explosion deafness of the long~ range gunners and the total number of different shells or the maximal number of different shells in a continuous fire are correlated; but they have no marked relationship with the incidence of otopiesis of the long-range gunners and the incidence of deafness and otopiesis of the short-range gunners (P>0.05). The gunner's station, whether of the long-range or the short-range, has no obvious effect on the incidence of deafness and otopiesis.
