我国大学人文科学教育价值理论基础薄弱、实践方向不明、具体措施不利的局面长期存在 ,影响到大学生综合素质的全面提高 ,制约着人才规格培养的完善和提升。加强人文科学教育 ,关注其价值基础研究 ,明确其实践方向 ,营造浓厚的人文科学精神氛围和通识人才培养环境 ,是创建新世纪大学校园精神文明的内在要求 ,也是大学素质教育的必然归宿。

The value theory of the humanities education in universities in China is weak.Its practice direction is not clear and the specific measures are not efficient.All these have prevented the promotion of comprehensive qualities of university students and the perfection of the training of talents.It is necessary for spiritual civilization and quality education in universities to enhance the humanities education,pay attention to value base research,and build up an atmosphere for humanities education and the training of general education talents.
