作者详细介绍了胸部前倾斜位断层的方法和原理.这是作者创造的一种新的胸部断层方法.通过95例的临床应用证明,此法非常适合于检查两肺后外侧病变.不仅能清晰地显示病变的真实形态,病灶与胸膜的关系,而且同时显示支气管形态,有无肺门淋巴结转移等.因而对病变的定位和定性大有帮助.

The method and the principle of the anterior oblique tomography in chest radiology are detailed. This new method was developed by the author. It was proved through several years practice that the method has been well suited for examining the lesion in posterior lateral side of lung. It can clearly show not only the exact shape of the lesion and relation between mass and pleura but also the state of brochi and lymphonodi metastasis at hilum of lung, so that it is helpful to determine the nature and the position of the lesion.
