摘要
作者用比色法同时测定80只正常和80只荷瘤小鼠肝中荧光产物含量和血中CAT,GSH-px,SOD酶活性的变化。结果表明,蚯蚓提取物灌胃后,使正常小鼠肝中荧光产物含量由0.73减至0.60nmol硫酸奎宁/mg组织(P<0.05);血中CAT,GSH-px,SOD酶活性分别由41.99增至47.63μg/mg—Hb(P<0.05),由107.30增至142.78μmol-GSH/ml·min(P<0.05),由14.96增至17.28μg/ml(P<0.01),提示蚯蚓提取物的抑瘤作用机理之一可能与清除自由基有关。
The present experiment is designed to study the fluorescent products in liver and changes of CAT, GSH-px, SOD content in blood in normal and tumor-bearing mice after earthworm extract administration. The results showed that earthworm extract could reduce the content of fluorescent products in liver and increase CAT, GSH -px, and SOD activity. These findings suggest that the interrelationships among the antitumor drug earthworm extract, the anti-oxidative enzymes and the tumor growth are worthy of study.
