菏泽市城区1008名学龄儿童感觉统合失调调查分析

An Analysis of 1008 School-age Children with Sensory Integrative Dysfunction (SID)

目的 为了解本市的学龄儿童感觉统合失调的发生率及造成感觉统合失调的有关因素。方法 采用北京感觉统合失调评定表 ,对 6～ 1 0岁 1 0 0 8名在校儿童进行整群抽样调查 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果 感觉统合失调发生率为 35 .52 % ,其中轻度2 3 .4% ,重度 1 2 .1 % ,男童发生率为 43 .0 8% ,女童发生率为 2 7.89% ,男高于女 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 儿童感觉统合失调发生率与父母文化程度、儿童自身智力、学习成绩、出生时缺氧缺血性脑病有关 。

Objective To understand the incidence of SID among the school age children in Heze City and the concerned factors causing SID. Methods According to Beijing SID Evaluation Index,1008 school children aged 6～10 accepted the chester sampling and investigating, and the obtained data were tested by χ 2 .Results The incidence rate of SID was 35.52%,among those 23.4%was slight,12.1%was serious, the incidence of boys (43.08%) was higher than that of girls (27.89%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of SID in children is correlated to the parents' education level, the school record, the anoxic and ischemic encephalopathy, the interested party should establish the organizations quickly to train the children with SID.
