不同规模医院护士生活质量和心理健康状况的比较研究

Quality of life and mental health of nurses in different grade hospital

目的 比较不同规模医院护士之间生活质量和心理健康状况的异同。方法 采取分层随机抽样方法 ,抽取武汉市 1家省级医院护士 52 2人 ,4家市级医院共 581人 ,比较他们之间生活质量和心理健康状况。结果 在心理、独立性和精神支柱个人信仰 3个领域 ,在自尊、身材与相貌、独立性领域、性生活、经济来源 5个层面省级医院护士得分高于市级医院护士。恐怖因子、SDS总分、SAS总分省级医院护士的得分高于市级医院。结论 省级医院护士生活质量较高 ,市级医院护士心理健康状况较好。

Objective To compare the quality of life and mental health of nurses in different grade hospital. Method 522 nurses in large provicial hospital and 581 nurses in four small civic hospitals were sampled and tested with WHOQOL 100, SCL 90, SDS and SAS. Results There were significant difference in three fields and 5 aspects (P<0.05). In fields of Psychological, Level of Independ, Spirit and aspects of esteem, body , sex ,medic, Finance, Spirit ,quality of life of nurses in small civic hospitals had lower scores than those of nurses in large provicial hospital . It was the depression and anxiety that had higer scores in large provicial hospital. Conclusion The quality of life of nurse in large provicial hospital is better than those of nurses in little civic hospital .the mental health of nurses in little hospital is better than those of nurses in large hospital .
