摘要
作者用人乙型肝炎疫苗免疫的猪淋巴结细胞与脾细胞在植物血凝素(PHA)的诱导下,观察白细胞介素Ⅱ(IL-2)的产生情况.实验采用50μg/ml,100μg/ml,200μg/ml的PHA剂量,24,40,48或72 h的培养时间.结果表明,淋巴结细胞PHA用量以200μg/ml,脾脏细胞以100μg/ml为佳,培养时间均以40 h为宜.同样条件下,淋巴结细胞较脾细胞产量高,与人外周血白细胞IL-2的产生相比较,产量相近。而其作用有待进一步研究.
The lymphatic node and spleen cells of the pig which immunized with hepatitis B vaccine produced interleukin-2 (IL-2) by PHA stimulated. It was observed that at usage 50, 100, 200μg/ml of PHA, during 24, 40, 48, 72 h incubation time influence the production of IL-2. The results showed that suitable condition of lymphatic node cell was 200μg/ml PHA, spleen cell was 100μg/ml. Incubation time of both was 40 h. In same condition, lymphatic node cell produced more IL-2 than spleen cell.
